新课标倡导自主学习、合作学习、探究学习,小组合作学习因其能充分发挥学生主体作用已是当下的主要教学活动形式。在小组合作学习中,学生是主体,但离不开教师的组织、参与、引导。教师发挥其主导作用,把学习还给学生,激励学生主动参与才能实现小组高效的学习。一、教师在学生小组建设中的组织作用小组合作学习中,小组建设要先行。在“组内异质,组间同质”的原则下,教师要根据学生的学习情况、性格特征和兴趣等进行分组;也可以大胆放手,让学生自行分组,最后由教师进行调整。
