本文主要总结了我校等单位所完成的75篇论文及调查的4,494人。对铅接触的早期检测技术有了大的进展。PbB、PbU、FEP及ZPP的阈值分别为35μg/dl、0.035mg/L、45μg/dl及70μg/dl。行为功能以及正中神经的感觉和运动神经传导速度的测定也可作为铅接触的指标。山东淄博蓄电池厂采取了预防措施以后,空气铅浓度从1955年的13.27mg/m~3降至1985年的0.08mg/m~3;患病率从38.2%降至1.0%。今后尚需进一步研究铅对女工生殖系统的危害。
This article summarizes 75 papers completed by our school and 4,494 people surveyed. Great progress has been made in the early detection of lead exposure. The thresholds for PbB, PbU, FEP and ZPP were 35 μg / dl, 0.035 mg / L, 45 μg / dl and 70 μg / dl, respectively. The behavioral function as well as the median nerve sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity measurements can also be used as an indicator of lead exposure. After precautionary measures were taken by Shandong Zibo Battery Factory, the air lead concentration dropped from 13.27 mg / m3 in 1955 to 0.08 mg / m3 in 1985; the prevalence decreased from 38.2% to 1.0%. In the future, further research is needed on the harmful effects of lead on the reproductive system of female workers.
