空间碎片是人类遗留在空间的废弃物。雷达发现空间碎片目标后,能够对目标进行正确的关联和跟踪,获取空间碎片的监测信息,是进行空间碎片目标编目管理的基础。结合空间碎片的分布特性及运动特性,在联合概率数据关联(JPDA)算法的基础上提出了一种适合低轨空间背景的多目标数据关联改进算法。该算法从减小可行联合事件的角度出发,有效地提高了跟踪准确度,减少了算法的计算量。理论分析以及蒙特卡洛仿真实验表明,尤其是在目标数量较多的情况下,该算法具有一定的工程应用价值。
Space debris is a waste left by human beings in space. After the radar detects the target of space debris, it can correctly correlate and track the target and obtain the monitoring information of the space debris, which is the basis for the management of space debris target cataloging. Based on the joint probability data association (JPDA) algorithm, an improved multi-target data association algorithm is proposed for space debris distribution. From the viewpoint of reducing feasible joint events, this algorithm effectively improves the tracking accuracy and reduces the computational complexity of the algorithm. Theoretical analysis and Monte Carlo simulation show that the algorithm has certain engineering application value especially in the case of a large number of targets.
