圣母玛利亚自古被视为人类真善美的化身,她以普世的博爱胸怀和崇高的母性力量关怀着世人,圣母领报图像是基督教美术中的图式之一,本文将以常见的宗教题材圣母领报为例,从西方画家表现这一题材的作品出发,鉴赏其画作风格、结合当时的社会状况分析其中所表达的宗教性内涵。进而体现出信仰基督教的西方人对圣母的崇拜和对人性爱的赞颂。
