近年来,空军第一航空学院不断引进新教员,他们大多是具有较高学历的人才,但是缺乏教学经验。为了让他们尽快完成角色转换,缩短职业适应期,学院制订了新教员教学审定制度,但在大大提高教学质量的同时,也存在一定问题。文章围绕新教员的培养问题,阐述了教学审定的重大意义,并探讨了其中存在的问题。
In recent years, the First Air Force Academy of Air Force has continuously introduced new instructors, most of whom are highly qualified personnel, but lacking in teaching experience. In order to allow them to complete the role of conversion as soon as possible and shorten the period of vocational adaptation, the college has formulated a new teaching staff validation system, but there is also some problems in improving teaching quality. The article focuses on the training of new instructors, expounds the great significance of teaching validation, and discusses the existing problems.
