The osmotic potential (Ψ_ (tlp)) and the relative water content (C_ (RW, tlp)) of the plasmolysis are considered as important physiological parameters of water and are considered as an important index for measuring the drought resistance of trees. In order to verify the different methods to determine the difference of plasmolysis point, the author compares the types of type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ plotted PV curve, using type Ⅱ plotting method, using the common mathematical, graphical and procedural methods to analyze the main northeastern Northeast mountainous areas Ψ_ (tlp) and C_ (RW, tlp) of tree species. The results showed that the average Ψ_ (tlp) and C_ (RW, tlp) values of 8 tree species of type Ⅰ were 0.20 MPa and 3.17% higher than those of type Ⅱ. Among them, the two types of plots had more influence on the parameters of Conifer larch and Pinus koraiensis than that of broad-leaved tree. Different types of plots changed the contrast between tree species parameters. There was no significant difference between Ψ tlp and CRW tlp in Ⅱ type except for the program method of solving Chunyu Ψtlp, which was significantly higher than that of math (P <0.05). The linear equation coefficients of the same parameters solved by the three methods were between 0.63 and 0.90 (P <0.01). Among them, the mathematical law and graphic law the best linear relationship, mathematical law and procedural law, graphic law and procedural law second. Type Ⅱ plots P-V curve changes gently, the curve part and the linear part of the obvious boundary, can better estimate the water parameters. Graphic method has advantages in applicability.
