企业是一种资源和能力,持续的竞争优势来源于企业所控制的可增值的、稀缺的、难以复制的、不可替代的资源和能力。面临国有企业垄断的计划经济向市场经济过渡的必然趋势,如何将企业的现有资源转化为核心竞争力,以获得企业持续竞争优势,国有资源的配置和利用是关键。本文以中国石油天然气股份有限公司为研究对象集中分析了中石油资源配置效率的问题,初步探讨了中石油企业资源的利用战略,对石油企业提高资源配置效率有一定的实践和借鉴意义。
The enterprise is a kind of resource and ability, and the continuous competitive advantage comes from the irreplaceable resources and ability that enterprises control, which are value-added, scarce, hard to duplicate. In the face of the inevitable trend of state-owned enterprises monopolizing the transition from planned economy to market economy, how to transform the existing resources of an enterprise into the core competitiveness so as to obtain the sustainable competitive advantage of enterprises and to allocate and utilize state-owned resources are the key issues. In this paper, we take PetroChina as the research object to analyze the problem of PetroChina’s resource allocation efficiency, and discuss the strategy of PetroChina’s utilization of resources. It has certain practice and significance for petroleum enterprises to improve the efficiency of resource allocation.
