目的:探讨益智合剂的益智作用及益智机理。方法:将40日龄SD大鼠分为假手术组、模型组、阳性西药组、中药小剂量组、中剂量组、大剂量组、针刺组、针药组共8组,分别灌胃针刺。结果:模型组与假手术组比较,学习记忆能力明显降低(P<0.01~0.001),AchE活性升高(P<0.001);各观察组与模型组比较,学习记忆障碍均有不同程度改善(P<0.05~0.01),AchE活性降低(P<0.05~0.01)。结论:益智合剂及针刺百会具有益智作用,其机制可能与降低大脑皮质AchE活性有关。
Objective: To explore the puzzle effect and puzzle mechanism of Yizhi Mixture. Methods: 40-day-old Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 8 groups: sham operation group, model group, positive western medicine group, traditional Chinese medicine low-dose group, middle-dose group, large-dose group, acupuncture group and acupuncture group. thorn. RESULTS: Compared with the sham-operated group, the learning and memory ability of the model group was significantly lower (P<0.01-0.001) and the AchE activity was higher (P<0.001).
