在工学结合的背景下必须对教学模式进行变革,使其适应现有发展机制的本质性要求,满足思政教学体系的本质性要求。在原有教学模式的限制下,教学机制受到多种干预因素的影响,如果存在控制机制应用不当或者教学体系不合理的情况都会直接对教学效果产生影响,在系统设计过程中必须减少外在因素的影响,使其适应思政教学模式的相关要求。在本次研究中将以“工学结合”背景下高职思政教学过程中存在的问题为研究点,结合实际情况,对思政教学模式的创新形式进行分析。
In the context of the combination of work and study, we must make changes to the teaching mode, adapt it to the essential requirements of the existing development mechanism and meet the essential requirements of the system of ideological and political education. Under the limitation of the original teaching mode, the teaching mechanism is affected by many kinds of intervention factors. If there are any improper application of the control mechanism or the teaching system is irrational, the teaching effect will be directly affected. In the system design process, external factors must be reduced Influence, adapt to the relevant requirements of the ideological and political teaching mode. In this study, we will take the problems existing in the process of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges as a research topic in the background of “combination of work and study”, and analyze the innovative forms of the model of ideological and political education according to the actual situation.
