我与村里的年轻人和返乡大学生进行了经验交流,我想抓住一切机会告诉他们:用知识改变命运,并不像想象的那么遥远。这两年,在中石油和新疆油田公司的安排下,我在中石油驻疆企业、克拉玛依各基层单位和南疆进行了50多场宣讲。特别是今年7月,我在克拉玛依市、油田组织部和宣传部的安排下,前往喀什、和田做了9场报告会。每次报告会,大家席地而坐,实在没有位置,就干脆找个地方站着。演讲将近两个小时,村民们就站两个小时。小小的会议室挤满
I exchanged experiences with young people in the village and returned college students.
