把齿轮作为弹性体,研究动力传动过程中轮齿变形导致的工作压力角变化、瞬时节点跳动、瞬时不定传动比、速度波动等引起的振动的机理.结合轮齿加载啮合分析和边界元法编制计算分析软件;建立齿轮副弹性啮合过程模型;分析各运动参数变化的规律,并结合啮合原理对计算结果进行分析.
The gear is used as the elastic body to study the mechanism of vibration caused by the change of working pressure angle, instantaneous node jump, instantaneous irregular transmission ratio and speed fluctuation caused by gear tooth deformation in the process of power transmission. Computation and analysis software is compiled with gear meshing analysis and boundary element method. The model of gear meshing is established. The variation of each motion parameter is analyzed. The calculation results are analyzed based on the meshing principle.
