第四章 建设 第二十六条 县级以上人民政府应当增加草原建设的投入,支持草原建设。 国家鼓励单位和个人投资建设草原,按照谁投资、谁受益的原则保护草原投资建设者的合法权益。 第二十七条 国家鼓励与支持人工草地建设、天然草原改良和饲草饲料基地建设,稳定和提高草原生产能力。
Chapter IV Construction Article 26 The people’s government at or above the county level shall increase the investment in grassland construction and support the construction of grasslands. The state encourages units and individuals to invest in the construction of grasslands and protect the lawful rights and interests of grass-roots investment builders in accordance with the principle of who invests and who benefits. Article 27 The state encourages and supports the construction of artificial grasslands, the improvement of natural grasslands and the construction of forage and feed bases so as to stabilize and enhance the grassland production capacity.
