本文报道了结扎家兔双侧输卵管的峡部和壶腹部对垂体、卵巢功能的影响。结果:结扎家兔输卵管峡部和壶腹部均能抑制垂体黄体生成素(LH)分泌和卵巢人绒毛膜促性腺激素/黄体生成素(HCG/LH)受体结合力。其中以结扎峡部组尤为显著。并讨论了输卵管结扎术的方法、部位与卵巢内分泌功能的可能关系。
This article reports the effects of ligation of the isthmus and ampulla of bilateral fallopian tubes on pituitary and ovarian function in rabbits. Results: Ligation of the isthmus and ampulla of the fallopian tube in rabbits could inhibit the secretion of pituitary luteinizing hormone (LH) and the binding capacity of human chorionic gonadotrophin / luteinizing hormone (HCG / LH) receptors. Among them, ligation isthmus group is particularly significant. And discuss the method of tubal ligation, site and the possible relationship between ovarian endocrine function.
