目的:为分析季节及其他因素对婴儿大运动发育的影响,制订干预措施提供依据。方法:利用GESELL发育诊断法对南通市不同季节婴儿的大运动发育进行评估,将基层转诊的1 712例6~12月婴儿分组并进行GESELL发育诊断测试。结果:952例春夏季婴儿大运动发育达GESELL量表年龄段的有895例,达标率94.01%;760例秋冬季婴儿大运动发育达到正常水平的有512例,达标率67.37%。两个季节段大运动发育落后的婴儿,经专业指导训练2个月后复查,绝大多数达到正常水平。性别差异对大运动的影响无统计学意义,P>0.05;而父母文化水平、抚养者、婴儿体重等因素对婴儿的大运动的影响有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:不同季节对6~12月婴儿的大运动发育有显著影响,同时应关注父母文化水平、抚养者、婴儿体重等影响因素,加强抚养者对婴儿大运动发育的重视。 OBJECTIVE: To provide basis for analyzing the impact of seasons and other factors on the development of infant grand movement and formulating intervention measures. Methods: The development of nocturnal movement in infants in different seasons of Nantong City was evaluated by GESELL developmental diagnosis method. A total of 1 712 infants from 6 to 12 months of primary referral were grouped and diagnosed by GESELL. Results: There were 895 infants in the GESELL scale of 952 infants in spring and summer. The compliance rate was 94.01%. There were 512 infants with 760 normal infants in the autumn and winter infants, with a compliance rate of 67.37%. Two seasons, the development of underdeveloped baby sports, after two months of professional guidance to review, the vast majority reached a normal level. The gender differences had no significant effect on the grand scale, P> 0.05. However, the factors such as parents’ education level, dependents and baby’s weight had significant effects on the grand maneuver of infants (P <0.05). Conclusion: Different seasons have a significant impact on the development of large-scale sports in infants from June to December. At the same time, we should pay attention to the influencing factors such as parents ’educational level, dependents and infants’ weight, and strengthen the care of the infants.
