目的 :分析准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 (laserinsitukeratomileusis,LASIK)治疗近视眼术后眼压的影响因素。方法 :采用LASIK治疗 2 14只近视眼。用非接触式眼压计测量术前、术后的眼压。对眼压与术前、术后各因素进行相关分析和多元逐步回归分析。结果 :LASIK术后 1月的眼压明显低于术前 ,差异具有显著性意义 (studentt检验 ,P <0 .0 0 0 1)。LASIK术后眼压的降低与年龄和预切角膜厚度有关 (r=- 0 .2 6 3,P =0 .0 0 0 1;r=0 .173,P =0 .0 11)。回归方程为Y =0 .6 144 3- 0 .0 10 6 6X1+0 .0 0 2 2 8X2 。结论 :LASIK术后改变了角膜厚度 ,导致术后非接触眼压计 (NCT)测量眼压值偏低。眼压降低与年龄、角膜切除厚度有关。
Objective: To analyze the influencing factors of intraocular pressure after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) for myopia. Methods: Twenty - one cases of myopia were treated with LASIK. Non-contact tonometer was used to measure preoperative and postoperative intraocular pressure. IOP and preoperative and postoperative factors were analyzed and multiple stepwise regression analysis. Results: The intraocular pressure at 1 month after LASIK was significantly lower than that before operation, the difference was significant (Student’s t test, P <0.001). The decrease of intraocular pressure after LASIK was related to age and the thickness of precut cornea (r = - 0.263, P = 0.00001; r = 0.173, P = 0.011). The regression equation is Y = 0 .6 144 3- 0 .0 10 6 6X1 +0 .0 0 2 2 8X2. CONCLUSIONS: Corneal thickness has been altered after LASIK, leading to a low intraocular pressure measured by noncontact tonometry (NCT). Intraocular pressure and age reduction, corneal thickness related.
