从《劳动合同法》颁布到实施半年里的表现来看,2007年10月1号以前《劳动合同法》颁发以后,中国劳动合同法属于自觉自发的学习和研究阶段;从2007年10月1日开始中国企业掀起应对《劳动合同法》的高潮,一潮高过一潮,华为起了重要的标志性作用,对中国《劳动合同法》的宣传起了不可磨灭的贡献,从此揭开了中国企业应对《劳动合同法》的序幕:集体劝辞、逆向派遣、提前改变合同,遣散事实用工,大限之前的集体终止……
