巴西提高投资之需、再工业化之需和促进基础设施一体化之需,是中国投资的新机遇当前,世界经济正处于深度调整之中。主要表现为全球经济复苏乏力,增长分化加剧。同时,贸易保护主义因为经济全球化遭遇波折而有卷土重来之势,短期资本也因美国加息开始从新兴市场大量撤退。在这种背景下,亚洲和拉丁美洲这两个新兴市场经济体较为集中的区域之间的经贸合作也面临严峻的挑战,以中国和巴西经贸合作的趋势为例,即可窥一斑而知全豹。
