儿童散光眼是影响儿童视力的重要疾患,而散光轴向是构成散光眼的主要因素,散光轴向确定错误对散光眼的矫正有直接影响,因此对儿童散光眼的散光轴向的研究对临床有重要意义,目前对儿童散光眼散光轴向的报导较少我们对117例(198眼)散光患儿的散光轴向进行了观察分析,现报告如下。对象和方法对象:为来本院门诊进行屈光不正检查,除外器质性改变,有0.5D 以上散光的患者为本文观察对象共117例(192眼),男66例,女51例,年龄5~12岁,平均7.35岁,全部患者,均用1%阿托品膏连续散瞳五天。方法:应用日本AR3000P 型自动验光仪,将患者头部固定在验光仪上,由同一检查者操作,每眼检查三次取其平均值。
