目的探讨催产素不同给药方法对剖宫产患者血流动力学的影响。方法选取2010年3月至2012年1月进行剖宫产孕产妇169例分为常规药物组80例,稀释药物组89例,观察两组血液动力学变化。结果两组剖宫产孕产妇于切皮时、应用药物后2min、应用药物后5min、应用药物后15min观察心率、平均动脉压、搏出量、体血管阻力变化并进行比较观察,经统计学分析,两组剖宫产孕产妇在切皮时及给药15min进行血液动力指标比较P>0.05为差异无统计学意义;两组剖宫产孕产妇给药后2min、给药后5min行血液动力指标比较P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结论稀释药物组低浓度催产素对血液动力学影响较小,降低了患者的风险度,提高了应用安全度,是一个有效、安全的静脉注射催产素预防剖宫产术后失血的方法。
Objective To investigate the effects of different oxytocin administration methods on hemodynamics in patients with cesarean section. Methods From March 2010 to January 2012, 169 pregnant women undergoing cesarean section were divided into conventional drug group (80 cases) and diluted drug group (89 cases). The hemodynamic changes were observed. Results Cesarean section pregnant women in the skin incision, the application of drugs after 2min, 5min after the application of drugs, the application of drugs 15min after observation of heart rate, mean arterial pressure, stroke volume, vascular resistance changes were compared and observed by the statistical Analysis, two groups of cesarean section pregnant women in the skin and 15min administration of hemodynamic indicators compared P> 0.05 for the difference was not statistically significant; two groups of cesarean maternal 2min after administration, 5min after administration of blood P <0.05 for the power indicators for the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Low concentration of oxytocin in diluted drug group has little effect on hemodynamics, reduces the risk of patients and improves the safety of application. It is an effective and safe method of intravenous oxytocin to prevent blood loss after cesarean section.
