当前职工教育所面临的课题,就是要培养和坚定职工的政治信仰和信心,建立社会主义初级阶段条件下职工的公私观、义利观、苦乐观、人际观和道德观,造就一支“四有”职工队伍。特别是前一阶段,一些职工由于受到错误思潮的影响,思想认识发生了偏差,不再把劳动作为奉献,出现“金钱至上”的畸型心理:干部靠钱管,工人靠钱干。一些企业已经尝到忽视职工“德育”教育所造成的苦果。因此我们开展职工教育,应该充分利用现有的好环境、好气候,把“四有”职工队伍建设作为职工教育的主体,才能全方位提高职工群体素质。
