利用番茄抗病基因Tm-2a、I-2、Mi-1、Cf-9的分子标记辅助选择,聚合抗烟草花叶病、抗枯萎病、抗根结线虫和抗叶霉病4个基因于番茄育种材料中。室内苗期接种鉴定和田间观察,获得的含4个抗性基因的株系L11、L19、L46和L51对4种病害都达到了抗级(R)水平,且具有较好的农艺性状,可作为抗病育种亲本。
Four genes of resistance to Fusarium wilt, Fusarium wilt, root-knot nematode and leaf-resistant mildew were polymerized by molecular marker-assisted selection of Tm-2a, I-2, Mi-1 and Cf- Tomato breeding material. Inoculation identification and field observation in indoor seedling stage, the lines L11, L19, L46 and L51 containing four resistance genes all achieved the resistance level (R) to four kinds of diseases, and had good agronomic characters As a disease-resistant breeding parents.
