开展社区儿童预防保健工作,使广大医务人员走出医院,步入家庭和社会,实行治疗与预防及保健相结合,是当前医学、护理学由医院扩展到社会的一种尝试。1 开展社区儿童预防保健工作有利于按时完成计划免疫工作 我们采取办板报、绘制挂图及表格、发放计划免疫常识宣传资料以及讲课等形式向广大群众宣传计划免疫工作的重要。对儿童家长讲授儿童接种疫苗后的反应、处理方法等事项,使他们了解计划免疫工作是预防和控制严重危害儿童健康的传染病最经济有效、简便易行的手段,是保护儿童健康,提高人口素质,造福子孙万代的工作,取得儿童家长对计划免疫工作的合作与支持。由于在社区儿童预防保健工作中积极宣传计划免疫知识,扎实有效地做好计划免疫工作,使我院管辖区内的接种对象和接种项目做到了准确、及时、无遗漏、无重复,圆满地完成了计划免疫任务。
