本文以多主体参与的项目复杂团队为背景,构建了多主体参与的跨专业合作动态演化模型,分析了不同主体之间合作与其互惠偏好的相互影响,以及项目属性、利润分享等外界因素对演化稳定策略的影响。研究结果表明:当合作努力的边际产出较高时,无论是否有互惠行为的存在,团队成员会自觉合作,相反则不会;互惠偏好对合作的促进作用只有在单位努力成本较低,或者合作边际产出和利润分享较高的项目中才能起作用。另外,提高利润分享在提高团队成员合作积极性的同时,也提高了团队成员“搭便车”行为发生的概率,甚至会阻碍团队成员之间的合作。最后,论文通过数值模拟对理论研究得出的结论进行了验证。
