目前,在全球范围内,冠心病(coronary heart disease,CHD)是导致人类死亡的最主要原因之一.特别是在工业化国家中,CHD的发病率、死亡率及致残率均较高.在美国,有统计数据显示,在年龄大于20岁的全部人口中,CHD的总患病率为7.0％,其中每6例死亡人群中就有1例死于CHD[1].而最近的一次数据显示,美国每年约有635 000例新发CHD人群,反复发作的患者数约为280 000例.大约每隔34 s就有1例CHD发作的美国人,而每隔1 min就有1例死于CHD的美国人[2].
