成都市第五建筑公司预制构件厂研制成功的水泥木屑中波瓦是一种经济效果好的屋面材料,八三年曾获四川省科技成果四等奖。该产品具有防火、抗渗、轻质、易安装,可任意锯、钉等特点。水泥木屑中波瓦所用原材料比例为水泥∶木屑∶水∶水玻璃=1∶0.2∶0.75∶0.024,还掺有少量的硅氟酸钠。该瓦的生产工艺为人工(或机械)拌料,机捣(振动)密实,置于以石棉水泥中波瓦为底模上压波、静停、脱模、入池水养。该瓦的规格为1300×740×7毫米;按石棉水泥中波瓦检验方法,瓦的28天横向抗折力达100公斤以上,吸水率为16～17％;将瓦
