面对问题,从研究的角度讲,往往需要探求本质,分析原因,寻找对策。但班主任面对班级几十个学生,如果每次遇到问题都采用“追本溯源”的方法,恐怕时间就成了问题,且成效也不一定十分明显。SFBT(英文Solution-Focused Brief Therapy的缩写,即焦点解决短期治疗技术)提供了一种能够直接、快速、高效解决问题的方法:SFBT兴起于20世纪80年代,由美国威斯康星州密尔沃基市短期家庭治疗中心创办者史蒂夫·德·沙泽尔等人共同建立。2008年,我开始学习这一方法并尝试运用到班主任工作中,取得了较好效果。
Faced with the problem, from the perspective of research, often need to explore the essence, analyze the reasons, looking for countermeasures. However, the class teacher facing the dozens of students in the class, if each encounter problems using “chase the source ” approach, I am afraid that time becomes a problem, and the effectiveness is not necessarily obvious. SFBT, the abbreviation for Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, focuses on short-term treatment, provides a direct, fast, and efficient way to solve problems: SFBT rose in the 1980s and was administered by the short-term family in Milwaukee, Wisconsin Center founder Steve de Chazel and others co-founded. In 2008, I started to learn this method and tried to apply it to my class teacher, which achieved good results.
