目的了解放射治疗设备的性能,保证放射治疗质量。方法依据有关的法律法规,广西疾病预防控制中心对广西区内的14台60Co远距离治疗机和31台医用电子加速器进行了性能检测。结果该次检测结果表明广西有部分放疗设备存在性能状态不佳的问题,加速器的性能合格率优于60Co远距离γ射线治疗机。输出量的对比优于2003年广西放射治疗机数量的质量核查结果。结论必须加强对放射治疗工作的监督检测管理,提高人员素质,逐步健全和完善放射治疗质量保证和放疗设备的质量控制工作,保证患者的利益。
Objective To understand the performance of radiotherapy equipment to ensure the quality of radiotherapy. Methods According to relevant laws and regulations, Guangxi Center for Disease Control and Prevention carried out performance tests on 14 60Co telemedicine machines and 31 medical electron accelerators in Guangxi area. Results The test results showed that some radiotherapy equipment in Guangxi had poor performance status. The passing rate of the accelerator was superior to that of the 60Co remote γ-ray treatment machine. Comparison of output is better than the quality of Guangxi in 2003 the number of radiological inspection results. Conclusion It is imperative to strengthen the supervision, inspection and management of radiotherapy work, improve the quality of personnel, and gradually improve and perfect the quality control of radiotherapy quality assurance and radiotherapy equipment to ensure the interests of patients.
