全球化的发展大大增加了国际关系的复杂性 ,对国际安全产生了重要的影响。一些国家和地区相继调整了安全战略以适应全球化形势发展的要求。欧盟合作安全理念反映了欧盟区域一体化和全球化的某些要求 ,具有一定的客观性。其要点包括 :欧盟合作安全机制、欧盟军备重组的合作安全努力、欧盟合作安全的实施方向 (共同战略 )、欧盟合作安全的四个要素。上述内容集中反映在欧盟共同外交和安全政策 (EFSP)、欧洲安全和防务认同 (ESDI)、欧洲安全和防务政策 (ESDP)中。伴随着全球化的深入 ,欧盟的合作安全必将遇到发展的挑战和内外矛盾的挑战。
The development of globalization has greatly increased the complexity of international relations and has had a significant impact on international security. Some countries and regions have successively adjusted their security strategies to meet the requirements of the development of globalization. The concept of EU cooperation security reflects certain requirements of the EU’s regional integration and globalization and has certain objectivity. The key points include: the EU cooperation security mechanism, the EU’s cooperation in the armament reorganization and security efforts, the implementation of the EU cooperation security direction (common strategy), the EU cooperation in the four elements of security. This is reflected mainly in the EFSP, ESDI, ESDP (European Security and Defense Policy). With the deepening of globalization, the EU’s cooperation and security will surely encounter the challenge of development and the challenge of both internal and external conflicts.
