我厂大部分加热炉燃烧重油,而重油计量压力表又是加热炉装置的一个重要计量仪表。我厂使用的计量压力表士压力准确,压力表需清洗、校正,有的甚至整个报废,既费工又费时还造成很大的浪费。我们设计了一重油计量压力表隔离罐,能较好地解决这一问题。现予以说明,以供参考。 根据物理学压力传递的原理,通过介质(如水),使压力表与重油隔开而直接与水接触,同样可达到测量压力的目的(见图1)。 需说明的是该压力表测量的压力是重油压力和管子3内注水高度以上水柱的压力之和。水柱压力与重油燃烧前喷出的压力0.3~0.5MPa相比很小,可忽略不计。
Most of our heating furnace burning heavy oil, and heavy oil metering pressure gauge is a heating furnace device is an important measurement instrument. According to the principle of physical pressure transmission, the pressure gauge can be separated from the heavy oil and directly contacted with water through the medium (such as water), so as to achieve the purpose of measuring pressure (see FIG. 1). It should be noted that the pressure gauge is measured by the pressure of heavy oil and water pipe 3 within the water level above the sum of the pressure. Water column pressure and heavy oil combustion pressure before jetting 0.3 ~ 0.5MPa compared to small, negligible.
