淋巴结以外的恶性淋巴瘤约占15～25％,但发生于睾丸者极少见。国内仅见五例报道,其组织学类型属淋巴母细胞型与小淋巴细胞型,而浆细胞样淋巴瘤尚未见报告,我院遇有一例。患者李某,70岁,汉族,1985年3月摔后,右侧睾丸疼痛并迅速肿大。原单位以外伤性睾丸炎治疗无效,转我院。体检:营养良好。全身其它部位检查均未发现异常。左侧睾丸正常大小,右侧睾丸如鸭蛋大小,质坚硬,可活动,表面光滑, Malignant lymphoma outside the lymph nodes account for about 15 to 25%, but occurred in the testes were rare.
