世界上许多发达国家,对创造学的学习、推广应用的范围已非常广泛。我国对创造学的学习、推广、应用是从70年代末期才开始的。当时在国内了解、掌握创造学的人还非常少,沈阳市职工技协却及时的在职工技协队员和广大职工中开始了学习、推广、应用创造学活动。特别是近几年来通过大量扎实有效的工作,使这一活动取得了十分显著的效果。 沈阳市职工技协首先抓住了学习、推广这一关键环节。在全国技协系统中,率先编写了10余套近百万字的职工学习创造学普及教材,满足了广大职工的学习需求。先后举办了函授普及,师资培训、应用成果表演等各种形式学习班近百期,培训学员、骨干万余人次,涌现了一大批学用结合、有生产技术实践经验的创造学讲师。他们各自在本单位开办了形式多样的学习班、培训班,使广大基层干部,技协队员和一线职工及时地了解和掌握了创造学的基本内容与知识。据统计,目前在全市大中型企业中,接受创造学基本知识培训的职工已达50万人次以上,在这些企业中技协队员接受培训的人员已达100％。提前两年实现了全总提出的“八五”末期创造学基本知识在技协队员中普及率达100％的目标。目前,他们又把学习、推广活动延深到郊区县。从1994年开始,他们又从不十分充足的活动经费中拨出专款,为康平、法库等 In many developed countries in the world, the scope of study, promotion and application of creative science has been extensive.
