偏高岭土由高岭土煅烧制备,由于具有较大的表面能而易发生严重团聚,会对其性能产生不利影响;同时松散的堆积状态导致储存和运输成本增加。试验使用液相改性添加聚乙烯醇(PVA)和一种含纤维素的有机物(DMK)分散剂的方法制备分散浆料,对浆料的分散性和稳定性,以及浆料对砂浆的流动度和强度的影响进行了研究。结果显示,掺入1%~1.5%PVA或0.003%~0.005%DMK能够显著提高偏高岭土浆料的分散性和稳定性,各浓度的PVA或DMK分散偏高岭土浆料对砂浆流动度均有大幅提升。砂浆的强度随着PVA浓度的增加略有下降,而随着DMK浓度的增加略有增加,综合认为PVA浓度为1%和DMK浓度为0.003%的分散浆料能够保持浆料的有效稳定分散并在基本不损失强度的情况下提高砂浆流动度。
