社会转型期强化精神方面的制衡机制迫在眉睫,EAP与企业社会工作的重要性已愈加凸显,二者的协同性主要体现在背景吻合、内容融合和价值契合,创新性体现为结构模式、评价体系与宏观视角的创新,有机融合EAP与企业社会工作基础内涵,诠释的互为创新独特价值,有助于建构我国文化语境的EAP与企业社会工作的理论与实务体系。
In the social transformation period, it is imminent to strengthen the mechanism of checks and balances in the spirit. The importance of EAP and corporate social work has become more and more prominent. The synergies between the two are mainly reflected in the background, content fusion and value fit, innovation embodied as structural mode, evaluation system and Macro-perspective innovation, organic integration of EAP and the basic connotation of social work, interpretation of each innovation unique value, contribute to the construction of China’s cultural context EAP and corporate social work theory and practice system.
