目的:观察FMC化疗方案联合益气健脾活血汤治疗中晚期胃癌的临床效果及其安全性。方法:将符合纳入标准的96例中晚期胃癌患者按随机数字表法分为2组各48例。对照组患者接受FMC化疗方案治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案的基础上联合益气健脾活血汤治疗,对2组患者治疗后效果及毒副作用发生情况进行观察。结果:观察组治疗后有效率43.75%,对照组22.92%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后毒副反应发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中晚期胃癌接受FMC化疗方案联合益气健脾活血汤治疗效果满意,不仅能提高肿瘤控制效果,也能缓解症状,降低毒副反应发生率,提高患者生存质量,利于远期预后。 Objective: To observe the clinical effect and safety of FMC chemotherapy combined with invigorating qi spleen and activating blood soup in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods: Ninety-six patients with advanced gastric cancer who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups of 48 cases according to random number table. Patients in the control group were treated with FMC chemotherapy. The observation group was treated with Yiqi Jianpi Huoxue Decoction on the basis of the control group, and the effects and side effects of the two groups of patients after treatment were observed.
