本文回顾了解剖学在中国的传播和发展对于中国近代的社会风俗所产生的影响,包括解剖学的发展如何消解了中国传统的“全尸”观念,解剖学知识的传播如何改变了人们对分娩的认识并导致了中国女性分娩方式和场所的改变,以及解剖学的研究结果对于终结中国的缠足习俗发挥了什么样的重要作用。解剖学影响下的社会风俗变迁对于中国的医学和社会发展具有重大意义。现代西方医学和现代的生活方式在中国逐渐发展起来,现代公共卫生体系也初步形成。
