用扫描电子显微镜及拉伸试验研究了PMAl—Li合金高应变速率超塑变形过程中孔洞的形核、长大及其影响因素.结果表明,孔洞主要在三角晶界和晶界突起处形核,其长大由周围的塑性变形控制,随应变速率的提高,孔洞的形核率和长大速率增加;随变形温度的升高,孔洞的长大速率增加,材料对孔洞容纳性提高.
The nucleation and growth of pores in PMAl-Li alloy under high strain rate superplastic deformation were studied by scanning electron microscopy and tensile test. The results show that the pores mainly nucleate at the triangular grain boundaries and grain boundary protrusions, and their growth is controlled by the plastic deformation around them. With the increase of strain rate, the nucleation rate and growth rate of the holes increase. With the increase of deformation temperature , The rate of growth of the holes increases, and the material’s tolerance to the holes increases.
