目的分析体检人群蛋清IgG抗体水平,探讨蛋清不耐受与年龄、性别的关系,并进行不耐受组分分析。方法碳酸氢钠溶解法制备蛋清提取物,并用粗提蛋白包被微孔板,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测391例健康体检者蛋清IgG水平,分析蛋清不耐受与年龄、性别的关系;电泳分析其蛋白组分,并用酶免疫印迹方法分析提取液中与IgG特异性结合的主要蛋白组分。结果本地区体检人群蛋清不耐受抗体阳性率为58.82%,其中女性(65.50%)显著高于男性(48.54%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在人群中不同年龄组的不耐受率不同,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);酶免疫印迹结果显示,蛋清中不耐受组分主要有4种,且个体间所针对的抗原无差异。结论体检人群中普遍存在蛋清IgG抗体,且鸡蛋不耐受可能与年龄和性别相关;不同个体间蛋清主要不耐受组分无差异。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the level of IgG in egg white of medical examination population, to explore the relationship between egg white intolerance and age and sex, and to analyze the composition of intolerance. Methods The extracts of egg white were prepared by sodium bicarbonate dissolving and the crude protein was coated on the microplate. ELISA was used to detect the level of IgG in 391 healthy volunteers. The relation between age and sex was analyzed. The protein fractions were analyzed and the major protein fractions specific for IgG in the extracts were analyzed by enzyme immunoblotting. Results The positive rate of egg-intolerant antibody in the local population was 58.82%, which was significantly higher in women (65.50%) than in men (48.54%) (P <0.05). In different age groups, (P <0.05). The results of enzyme-immunoblotting showed that there were mainly 4 kinds of intolerance components in egg white, and there was no difference between the individual antigens. Conclusion Egg IgG antibodies are commonly found in the physical examination population, and egg intolerance may be related to age and gender. There is no difference in the main intolerant components of egg white in different individuals.
