装载机动臂是工作装置的主要受力构件,其结构强度设计经校核计算都能得到保证,但有时局部的细节设计不当也会引起大的故障。借助于PATRAN/NASTRAN有限元分析软件,以装载机动臂为研究对象,对动臂上3个容易出现故障的细节位置进行线性静强度应力分析后发现,故障处均存在应力集中的现象。对应力集中处的结构进行改进与分析,对改进前后的有限元分析结果进行对比,结果表明装载机动臂的工作寿命与可靠性得到提高,说明细节结构设计在强度设计中具有重要作用。
Loader boom is the main force components of the working device, the structural strength of the design calculations can be guaranteed, but sometimes the details of the local design will cause a serious failure. With the aid of PATRAN / NASTRAN finite element analysis software, the loader boom is taken as the research object. Three static failure stress details of the boom are analyzed by linear static strength stress analysis. It is found that there is stress concentration in the fault location. The structure of stress concentration area is improved and analyzed, and the results of finite element analysis before and after the improvement are compared. The results show that the working life and reliability of the loader boom are improved, which shows that the detail structure design plays an important role in the strength design.
