目的探讨混合浓缩血小板制剂(PC)保存期质量变化。方法对86例(份)(400 m L/份)新鲜全血采用白膜法制备PC,按相同血型汇集,汇集后血小板数>2.7×1011个/治疗量,并经白细胞滤器系统(含混合PC保存袋)过滤,于滤后0、3、5 d观察血小板存活率、p H、PO2、PCO2、GLU、Lac、HSR、聚集率及CD62p表达率。结果 13份混合PC保存0和5 d的血小板计数(×1011个)为2.88±0.28 vs 2.66±0.27(P>0.05),保存5 d的PC血小板存活率达89.46%;0和3 d的GLU(mmol/L)为18.75±0.47 vs 17.52±0.54,Lac(mmol/L)为4.30±0.46 vs 7.59±1.22,CD62p(%)为10.90±5.93 vs 32.74±8.12和AGG(%)为91.38±3.10 vs 52.42±21.68(P<0.01);0和5 d的p H为7.01±0.13 vs 6.90±0.13(P>0.05);3和5 d的AGG(%)为52.42±21.68 vs 36.29±27.46(P>0.05)。结论混合PC保存袋保存的混合PC质量在保存期存在下降趋势,但在保存5 d仍符合国家标准,可以供临床输用。
Objective To investigate the changes of shelf life of mixed concentrated platelet preparations (PC). Conclusion The quality of mixed PC stored in the mixed PC preservation bag has a declining trend in the shelf life, but still meets the national standard after 5 days of storage, which can be used for clinical application.
