关于电刺激促进骨愈合,60年代后期国外报导了大量的实验研究与临床观察,但大多用于管状骨;而应用于下颌骨的实验与临床观察较少,目前,国内尚未见报导。虽然很多学者通过实验研究和临床观察获得了较好的效果,但此项研究还有很多问题未能解决。如定型的实验模型、方法、设计、电流及电压等参数各不相同,结论也有区别。此外,对于应用半植入型的电刺激器有增加感染的可能性;以及对骨缺损的效应和在电刺激期间血清硷性磷酸酶活性和钙含量的变化情况尚有争论。本实验的目的:①通过动物实验探索促进下颌骨缺损修复的有效方法;
On electrical stimulation to promote bone healing, a large number of experimental studies and clinical observations were reported in foreign countries in the late 1960s, but most of them were used for the management of mandibular bone. However, few experiments and clinical observations were applied to the mandible. At present, no reports have been reported in China. Although many scholars obtained good results through experimental research and clinical observation, there are still many problems in this study that can not be solved. Such as stereotypes of experimental models, methods, design, current and voltage parameters vary, the conclusion is also different. In addition, there is potential for increased infection with semi-implantable electrical stimulators; and the effects on bone defects and changes in serum alkaline phosphatase activity and calcium content during electrical stimulation are debated. The purpose of this experiment: (1) to explore through animal experiments to promote effective repair of mandibular defects;
