目的为了探讨uPA在子宫内膜增殖症的子宫内膜和癌变的子宫内膜中的分布及表达。方法应用免疫组织化学技术检测15例增殖症的子宫内膜、5例癌变的子宫内膜、5例正常增生期的子宫内膜中uPA的分布和表达情况。结果uPA抗原存在于各种类型的子宫内膜的腺体上皮细胞中,uPA主要分布在内膜腺体细胞的细胞膜、细胞浆和核膜中;uPA的表达在癌变的子宫内膜组织的腺体细胞中最强,有显著性差异(P<0.005),在不典型增生、复杂增生、简单增生过长的子宫内膜中的表达依次减弱;三者之间差异有显著性(P<0.005);正常子宫内膜中uPA的表达最弱。结论uPA的抗原分布及表达可能与子宫内膜增生程度及子宫内膜癌变的发生、发展有关,提示uPA对增殖症内膜腺体的过度增生及癌变可能有促进作用,可考虑作为临床预测子宫内膜进一步病变的筛选指标之一。
Objective To investigate the distribution and expression of uPA in endometrial and cancerous endometrium of endometrial hyperplasia. Methods The distribution and expression of uPA in 15 cases of proliferative endometrium, 5 cases of cancerous endometrium and 5 cases of normal proliferative endometrium were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The uPA antigen was found in various types of endometrial glandular epithelial cells. The uPA mainly distributed in the cell membrane, cytoplasm and nuclear membrane of endometrial glandular cells. The uPA expression was found in the cancerous endometrial gland The strongest in somatic cells was significant difference (P <0.005). The expression of endometriosis in endometrium was weakened in atypical hyperplasia, complex hyperplasia and simple hyperplasia. The difference among the three groups was significant (P <0.005 ); The expression of uPA in normal endometrium was the weakest. Conclusion The distribution and expression of uPA antigen may be related to the degree of endometrial hyperplasia and the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma. It suggests that uPA may promote the hyperplasia and carcinogenesis of proliferative endometrial gland, which may be considered as the clinical prediction of uterus One of the screening criteria for further lesions of the intima.
