目的:探讨一种治疗孤立肾肾癌的全新手术方法——氩氦刀切除术的临床疗效。方法:我院于2001年应用氩氦刀切除术治疗1例左侧孤立肾肾癌患者。结果:术后病理组织学检查为左肾透明细胞癌,患者术后第7天拆线出院。术后2个月CT检查显示肿瘤缩小并纤维化,内部血流消失;术后半年ECT扫描显示左肾血流灌注正常,左肾功能正常。结论:氩氦刀治疗孤立肾肾癌简单、安全,创伤小,疗效可靠,能极大改善患者的生存质量,是一种较好的治疗方法,值得临床推广。
Objective: To investigate a new surgical method for the treatment of isolated renal cell carcinoma (CAC). Methods: In our hospital in 2001, application of argon-helium knife excision in the treatment of left renal cell carcinoma in patients with left kidney. Results: Postoperative histopathological examination of left renal clear cell carcinoma, the patient was stitched and discharged on the 7th day after operation. CT examination at 2 months after operation showed tumor shrinkage and fibrosis, and internal blood flow disappeared. Six months after operation, ECT showed normal left renal blood flow perfusion and normal left renal function. CONCLUSION: Argon-cryoablation is a simple, safe, and less invasive method for the treatment of isolated renal cell carcinoma. It is a good treatment and can be clinically promoted.
