本文以半导体热敏电阻[1]为例,研究非线性热敏元件向温度传感器的线性转换,并结合最小二乘法解出的相关系数及回归方程,比较其转换前后的线性程度,对于处理此类模拟信号数字化的问题的物理思想及数据处理方式提供一些参考价值。
In this paper, a semiconductor thermistor [1] is taken as an example to study the linear conversion of the nonlinear thermal sensor to the temperature sensor. The correlation coefficient and the regression equation of the least square method are used to compare the linearity before and after conversion. Analogue signal digitalization of the physical thinking and data processing methods provide some reference value.
