一、需求庞大与生产微小的矛盾 目前,全国有经过新闻出版署授权的多媒体出版单位60多家,据粗略统计多媒体制作单位约有5000家,国有企业占30%,集体和私营企业占60%,三资企业占10%。但是,近年来经营正常的出版制作单位恐怕只有百里挑一,90%的单位只能维持门面、甚至名存实亡。 目前,全国正版多媒体总量约3000多种,年出版量约1200多种,年复制总量约750万张。从出版者来看,国内产品占52%,出版单位引进出版占10%。非出版单位报批出版占36%。
