目的 探讨检测hTRT基因表达在卵巢分化型上皮源肿瘤中的价值。方法 用原位杂交检测 75例卵巢良性 (43例 )、低度恶性 (8例 )、恶性上皮源肿瘤 (2 4例 )hTRT基因表达 ,同时用免疫组化检测p5 3,C erb B2蛋白表达。结果 75例肿瘤中 ,hTRT基因 :良性肿瘤 12 % (5 / 43) ;低度恶性肿瘤 38% (3/ 8) ;恶性肿瘤 96 % (2 3/ 2 4) ,三者间存在着显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,淋巴结转移性浆液性乳头状囊腺癌 10 0 % (2 / 2 )。p5 3阳性分布 :良性肿瘤 0 % (0 /43) ;低度恶性肿瘤 2 5 % (2 / 8) ;恶性肿瘤 42 % (10 / 2 4) ,三者间存在着显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。淋巴结转移性浆液性乳头状囊腺癌 5 0 % (1/ 2 )。C erb B2阳性分布 :良性肿瘤 9% (4/ 43) ;低度恶性肿瘤 2 5 % (2 / 8) ;恶性肿瘤 46 % (11/2 4)。良性与恶性肿瘤间存在着显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而良性与低度恶性间无差异 (P >0 0 5 )。hTRT与p5 3,C erb B2的表达均无相关性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 端粒酶hTRT基因在恶性卵巢分化型上皮源肿瘤中有显著性改变 ,其基因的表达较p5 3,C erb B2蛋白改变更为普遍 ,提示检测hTRT表达可作为恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤诊断的指标
Objective To investigate the value of detecting hTRT gene expression in ovarian differentiated epithelial tumor. Methods The expression of hTRT gene in 75 cases of ovarian benign (43 cases), low malignant (8 cases) and malignant epithelial tumor (24 cases) was detected by in situ hybridization. Meanwhile, the expressions of p53 and C erb B2 protein were detected by immunohistochemistry . Results Among the 75 cases, hTRT gene was found in 12% (5/43) of benign tumors, 38% (3 of 8) of low-grade tumors, and 96% (2 of 23 cases) of malignant tumors (P <0.05), and lymph node metastatic serous papillary cystadenocarcinoma was 100% (2/2). The positive distribution of p5 3 was 0% (0/43) in benign tumors, 25% (2/8) in low-grade tumors and 42% (10/14) in malignant tumors, with significant difference (P < 0 0 5). Lymph node metastatic serous papillary cystadenocarcinoma 50% (1/2). Positive distribution of C erb B2: 9% (4/43) of benign tumors; 25% (2/8) of low-grade tumors; 46% (11/2) of malignant tumors. There was a significant difference between benign and malignant tumors (P <0.05), while there was no difference between benign and malignant tumors (P> 0.05). There was no correlation between hTRT and p5 3 and C erb B2 (P> 0.05). Conclusion The telomerase hTRT gene in malignant ovarian differentiated epithelial tumor has a significant change, its gene expression is more common than p5 3, C erb B2 protein changes, suggesting that the detection of hTRT expression can be used as a diagnosis of malignant ovarian epithelial tumors index
