本文介绍了高效液相色谱法测定苯并蒽酮中的蒽醌含量,试验得出了最佳色谱条件,该方法的标准偏差S=0.20％,回收率为95.8—100.9％。
In this paper, the determination of anthraquinone in benzanthrone by HPLC was studied. The optimum chromatographic conditions were obtained. The standard deviation of this method was 0.20% and the recovery was 95.8-100.9%.
