本文比较了使用 Brockenbrought 房间隔穿刺针和导引钢丝穿刺房间隔并成形的结果;比较了使用犬和猪制作 ASD 实验动物模型的结果。研究认为犬由于房间隔位置变异大且面积较小,不适合用作 ASD 受试动物,而小猪由于房间隔位置近似人类,面积较大,且有部分存在未闭的卵圆孔,最适合作 ASD 动物模型。在比较了两种穿刺方法之后认为,猪的卵圆窝较深,用弯曲度可调的导引钢丝作房间隔穿刺工具优于 Brockenbrought 穿刺针,成功率高且不损伤右房壁。使用本方法制作的实验动物模型,实用性强,能真实反应临床状况。
This article compares the results of using a Brockenbrought atrial septum needle and guidewire piercing atrial septum and shaping; comparing ASD animal models with dogs and pigs. Studies suggest that the dogs are not suitable for use as ASD animals due to large and small atrial septal variability, while piglets are larger in size and have partially closed foramen ovale because of the location of atrial septum. ASD animal model. After comparing the two methods of puncture, pigs have a deep oval fossa, which is superior to Brockenbrought puncture needle for transseptal puncture with guidewire with adjustable curvatures. The successful rate is high without damaging the right atrial wall. The experimental animal model produced by the method has strong practicability and can truly reflect the clinical condition.
