2015年3月25日中午12时,一块板形平直、温度达到室温的淬火钢板从南阳汉冶特钢热处理线3 800 mm辊式淬火机输送辊道输出,标志着北京科技大学高效轧制国家工程研究中心拥有了中厚板淬火机装置应用业绩,从而实现板带钢生产各种控制冷却装置应用业绩全覆盖的历史性突破,成为国内首家拥有板带钢控制冷却技术全面解决方案应用实例的科研机构。根据不同的控制冷却工艺需求,目前国内的板带钢在线及离线热处理生产线共有4种类型冷却装置,包括:(1)粗、精轧机之间的中间冷却装置;(2)精轧机后控冷装置;(3)热处理线正火控冷装置;(4)热处理线辊式淬火机。多年来,轧制中心致力于板带钢控制冷却技术的研究开发与推广应用。基于对板带钢与冷却水换热过程的深刻理
