研究了西部地区主要的生态和环境问题,并从自然、人为、人口、政策、环境保护、生态建设和经济发展之间的关系、经济发展模式等因素对西部环境恶化的原因进行了分析,在对西部地区环境保护政策的进行回顾的基础上,提出了西部地区环境保护与生态治理的目标选择、政策设计原则及一系列政策建议。
Studied the major ecological and environmental problems in the western region and analyzed the causes of the environmental deterioration in the western region from the aspects of nature, man-made, population, policy, environmental protection, ecological construction and economic development, economic development mode and other factors. On the basis of reviewing the environmental protection policies in the western region, the author puts forward the target selection, policy design principles and a series of policy recommendations for environmental protection and ecological management in the western region.
