目的通过干预前后企业法人职业卫生知识知晓情况的对比分析,评价企业法人职业卫生知识干预的效果。方法随机抽取兰州市企业276家,对企业法人进行职业卫生知识知晓情况的基线调查,并经职业卫生专题讲座培训后用同样方法复查。结果 276名法人干预后各项调查指标的知晓率(71.0%~96.7%)均明显高于干预前(50.4%~90.9%)(P均<0.01);不同性别、企业规模、文化程度及管理时间法人各项调查指标的知晓率干预前后均有统计学差异(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论职业卫生知识干预提高了企业法人的相关认知水平,男性、初中文化、从事管理工作<10年及来自小型企业的法人的干预效果明显。
Objective Through the comparative analysis of the knowledge of occupational health before and after the intervention, evaluate the effect of the occupational health knowledge intervention. Methods A total of 276 enterprises in Lanzhou City were randomly selected to conduct a baseline survey on the knowledge of corporate health in occupational health status and were reviewed by the same method after being trained in occupational health lectures. Results The awareness rate of each surveyed index (71.0% ~ 96.7%) after intervention by 276 legal persons were significantly higher than that before intervention (50.4% ~ 90.9%) (P all <0.01). The differences of gender, enterprise scale, Time awareness rate of each survey index was statistically different before and after intervention (P <0.01, P <0.05). Conclusion Interventions of occupational health raise the cognition level of corporate juridical persons. Men and junior middle school cultures have obvious effect of intervening in management <10 years and legal persons from small enterprises.
